My 365 day journey to prepare for Kilimanjaro!!! I am hopeful . . . and apprehensive!!!! They say preparation is the key!!!!!!
Plane has been delayed 3.5 hours. May miss connecting flight to Rome:):). Then again we can run . . . I have biked 5 times in last two weeks; lists of rain & cold!! Have worked with Corey, the trainer, twice a week, & feel much stronger.
